Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing between the Client and the Designer, these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Agreement to the exclusion of any other terms that the Client seeks to impose or incorporate. By agreeing to the Project Proposal, the Client is deemed to have agreed that these Terms apply to Project Proposal.
